Your Refund Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30-days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 30-days from the date on which You subscribed to the VPN.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive your refund claim. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.



Conditions for Refund

In order for you to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The VPN was purchased in the last 30-days

The refund cannot be processed if:

  • The purchase was made more than 30-days ago.
  • The VPN was bought through a non-refundable coupon.
  • Your account has not already been suspended by OysterVPN for breach of any clause mentioned in the terms of service.
  • You have not used Bitcoin, BitPay, Coin Payments (Cryptocurrency) & Payment Wall as your payment method.
  • You have not claimed a refund under this policy previously.

We reserve the right to refuse the refund of any customer or affiliate that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.



Third-Party Subscriptions

In case you have purchased OysterVPN from any third-party platform, then you should apply for a refund through that particular platform.

The platform from which you have purchased the VPN will contact us and we will process the refund through the channel.
