Refund Policy

All OysterVPN subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You need to meet certain criteria for eligibility to receive a refund.

The 30-day window will start from the date of purchase. If you placed an order for a subscription on October 30, the refund window would be valid till November 29. The refund policy applies to all OysterVPN subscriptions, including the 1-Month plan.

Refunds will be made to the payment method used to purchase the VPN subscription.

You will not be eligible for a refund if your account was terminated for violation of OysterVPN’s Terms and Conditions.

Purchases Via Third Parties

OysterVPN’s refund policy will not apply to purchases made through third-party stores. However, technical support will be available to all OysterVPN subscribers. Please contact the store’s customer support for a refund.

Subscriptions bought through the App Store can be refunded only by Apple and through its sole discretion.

How To Request A Refund

Once your refund has been approved, your subscription will end immediately.

Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel your OysterVPN subscription at any time. This will not refund your money but stop the subscription from automatically renewing when it expires.
