Spam is the practice of delivering unsolicited mass messages over electronic messaging networks, whether commercial or non-commercial. Trash faxes, mobile phone messaging spam, instant messaging spam, search engine spam, internet forum spam, social network spam, blog spam, wiki spam, and so on are all examples of “spam”.
Pop-up advertisements are advertisements that appear in the form of pop-up windows. Your strategies may not transmit traffic to OysterVPN’s website unless you have acquired authorization by delivering pop-up or pop-under impressions. Brokering or sub-affiliates Without our prior authorization, you may not employ or delegate third-party businesses to deliver users to our site via your affiliate links in exchange for a commission per paid registration. Once we accept an affiliate application, we allow a single URL or a group of permitted URLs controlled by you or your organization to bring traffic to our site through affiliate links.
As an affiliate, you get money by driving visitors to our website and converting it into transactions. You can add affiliate links to your website once you’ve been accepted for the program. “Affiliate links” are links to our website that use the one-of-a-kind link types we offer (including the Affiliate ID you received). You can make your affiliate links or hire someone to do it for you, but you must utilize the one we provide. Unless OysterVPN authorizes an alternate method of payment, you must have a PayPal account to be paid. For PayPal, you will be charged 2% of your total commission in the PayPal transfer fee. For commissions over $1000 per month, we accept direct wire transfer pay-outs.
Suppose you have not earned any referral fees (as set in Referral Fees Schedule) or haven’t logged into your affiliate account within 12 months before any given month. In that case, we may suspend your account, terminate this Agreement, and withhold any unpaid commissions. In addition, we reserve the right to suspend or withhold commission payments to affiliates who violate the terms of this Agreement but with whom we have opted not to terminate and instead provide a reasonable period to repair the violation.
This Agreement will commence when we approve your Program application and conclude when either you or us cancel it. You or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing writing notice of termination to the other party. You shall immediately cease using and delete from your site any links to our site and any other promotional materials that we supplied to you as an affiliate upon the termination of this Agreement. Any of the following is considered a “cause”: We think we may face possible claims or liability as a result of your participation in the Program; you are in substantial breach of this Agreement; we believe we may face potential lawsuits or harm as a result of your participation in the Program; We think that you or your participation in the Program may damage our brand or reputation. Any violation of Sections 2, 3, or 4 of this Agreement would be considered a substantial breach. Only orders placed within the duration of this Agreement will be eligible for referral fees.
We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any moment without prior notification to you. The most recent Affiliate Agreement will be available at https://www.oyestervpn.com/affiliates/terms/, and you should read it before joining the OysterVPN Affiliate Program. You have no choice but to terminate this Agreement if any alteration is objectionable to you. Following our modification submission, your continuing participation in the Program will represent a binding acceptance of the change.

We are not liable for any compensatory, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including damages for lost business, lost profits, litigation, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, product liability, or otherwise; nor are we liable for any third-party claims of any kind, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, including, but not limited to, that any service or information available from or through our site, affiliate linking system, or our site itself will be merchantable or fit for a particular purpose, that any service or information available from or through our site, affiliate linking system, or our site itself will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, regarding interference with your pleasure of the service or information, or in opposition to infringement. All “information” and services given during this Agreement are without flaws, and you, the user, bear the entire risk of satisfactory quality, performance, correctness, and effort.
